Our Contract

This contract confirms your service request and is required before we can look after your pets. Please provide the information for all the headings and read and acknowledge the conditions of service, set out below.

Conditions

  • Pets MUST be registered
  • Booking information to be emailed prior to service (SMS is emergency option.)
  • Dog's lead and towel to be provided by owner, or no service in wet weather.
  • All pet food is to be provided by owner.
  • All love and care given, but no responsibility taken.
  • Refer a friend and you both get $5 credit for your next service.
  • Payment Options: Cash (IN PERSON ONLY), Cheque payable to Jason Brown or Direct Deposit.( PAWED bank details will be SMSed upon reciept of your contract.)
  • The contract will be verbally confirmed byJason, unless you SMS it - then YOU need to call me ( 0411 85 1913) .

You MUST type into the subject line 'CONTRACT: [YOUR PET'S NAME/S]', or it will automaticaally be treated as 'trash'. (Sad, but true!) Please include the following information in the body of the email:
