MY MODELS HISTORY
19 - GWR TORQUAY MANOR - 4 - 6 - 0 IN 5" G
This was one of the set of castings that I purchased together , a typical GWR engine looks,
without a dome , I finished this engine in 2005 and operated for a short period and then sold it ,
since , I have seen it running in few clubs including our's , it is exciting when you see your
previous engines in operation .

20 - NSW D 50 - 2 - 8 - 0 GOODS LOCOMOTIVE
I bought the plans and castings soon after the SMR10 , as these are the same except that
these are tender engines . I made the wheels , frames and boilers at the same time plus a lot
of fittings .This engine was completed in 2006 but it remained in storage for some time until I
decided to sell it , upon testing it we discovered a steam leak from the super heater , the
problem was fixed and the engine sold , as you can see in the video the buyer is driving her
and not me .

This engine castings and plans were purchased in the group mentioned before , at the time
of building , the wheels , boiler and frames were already made ( I made these parts for all

times and then sold to reduce my stock to manageable number . The engine is now owned

This engine is also one of the group , I fetched all the parts that I made few years ago and
completed her in 2008 , she has run a few times , it is a rather small engine and it is not a
public passenger hauler , it is a play engine , it will pull a cople persons or a number of
rolling stock .

23 - THE ROCKET - 0 - 2 - 2 - IN 7.25" G
There are no detailed plans for this engine , there is a book on replica with some information
and there is a GA plan for the engine and the tender . All parts are fabricated other than the
wheels , it was a little challange to make the boiler with the fire box stepped down but when
there is a will there is a way . I wanted the Rainhill proto type , that I did to a certain degree
with all the unwanted problems , most are addressed and the engine runs OK .This engine was
completed in 2009 .
