New England Writers’ Centre Incorporated (NEWC) is assisted by the NSW Government through Arts NSW - and is a member of LitLink NSW.
NEWC aims to promote writing and reading through a program of events including readings, seminars, workshops and tours.
The Youth Online (YOL) project takes writing skills to youth in the New England region—particularly in isolated areas—via video-conferencing and smartboards.
The work of local writers is showcased in our Newsletter and on the website, and has been published in two anthologies.
