Come along and join the
fun
Our next Oil, Steam and
Kerosene Field Day will be held on May the 15th and 16th
2010
|
As the name implies we attempt to
have all manner of Machinery on display, with Traction Engines, Steam
Rollers, a 2 foot gauge railway, stationary and portable engines of all
types, vintage and classic cars and plenty of tractors.

|
|
We try to have at least three
pieces of road steam on display being two traction engines and a steam
roller. Future Field Days are hoped to have up to six or seven road steam
engines on display.
|
|
Plenty of tractor events including
balancing, slow races, reverse races, tractor driving displays and
balloon bursting races* will entertain in the afternoon as well as
ploughing in the morning.
