folk care... When taxed with this fact it_s all fobbed off on the
dubious
premise of either core and non core lies or _I can_t recall_ or a tacit
_so what!_

Welcome to the first move in a
bold new plan to wrest power from the grasp of the great selfish
power-crazed
conglomerates and their political lackeys who are devastating man, tree
and
beast in their insatiable desire to have the biggest and best all at
the deadly
expense of the common herd. We_re talking from ridiculous mansions,new
chins to
penis implants here.
These unscrupulous neo-savages, these bean-counting
cross-eyed folk who
delight in suiting up and roaring out on corporate raids, or
wolfing down
tax evaded tucker whilst planning the next downsizing exercise whilst
all the
while feverishly massaging egos and wallets, these predatory bullies
just have
to be downsized themselves.
If we do not do something to control the depredations of
these
globalising marauders, for that is surely what they are, they will have
to
eventually get rid of us. Far too unstable a situation, and one way or
another
we will face a massive clearance programme. The planet has seen many of
these,
the Highland Clearances, the Irish Famines, the destruction of the
South
American, North American, Australian indiginees. From the Crusades to
the
Holocaust, from Stalin and Mao, to multi national_s poisoning
river
systems or clear-felling. We are dominated by a very few
malefics of a
greedy, violent and vengeful nature.
That same volatile beast lurks in our own breast to one
degree or
another, but many of us recognise this dark side and face up to the
monkey boy
that can propel us into terrible strife, channel it into work or play
and
attempt to control the nasty little bugger. Other weaker minded folk
just tag
along on the outskirts of the globalised mini-hordes as they slash and
burn,
picking up tit-bits and handouts for doing the dirty work. But there is
just a
handful of horrible folk where the monkey boy is rarely controlled and
it will
spring into action with very little provacation...and the end result is
ever
the same. A perpetuation and re-growth of sub-human behaviour.
The New Currency Society, later to spawn the New Currency
Party will
hopefully re-introduce the concepts of egalatarianism and fair play
back into
the mainstream of folk who populate this glorious land of
Australia. No
jingoism here, It is a glorious land and once upon a time Australians,
apart
from believing in the dreadful bullshit of Terra Nullias
and its attendant woes, yes, once upon a time this spawn of convicts
tried to
espouse the ideas and ideals of a free country. For a while we did
despite the
galls of the ever-present colonial collar
By the time the Sixties had come and gone, our gallant
leaders of both
political and buisness persuasions, were becoming increasingly appalled
by our
demonstrations of civil disobedience, of gangs of
anti-nuclear-aparthied-Vietnam War activist terrorists marching about
protesting and not believing what they had been told. We had been a
long time
sleeping, plus the terrible toll of the Great ( read big bloody insane)
War on
those thousands of soldiers who never came back, the energy sapping
W.W.II, the
hell of Korea and finally the shambles that was Vietman...we were
dangerously
weak but full of hope!
Then there were our universities, full of all sorts of _new_
people, not
just the Chosen Few with their stale feudal system and jurassic
dynasties top
heavy with hammerheads .
The common herd, educated enough
to want to better themselves, made it known and the old ties that bind
were
breaking, and the Universities became a hot bed of
radicalism. Well, not
really radical, just questioning the old cliche driven status
quo.
The dynastic media barons spent a lot of time
snarling and snapping
at the new faces with their new ideas and new visions, propping up weak
and
pathetic governance. Billy McMahon, the Snedden and now Little
Dishonest Johnny
to name but a few. The attacks on the union system were
stepped up. The
de-educating of our children, the destruction of the public hospital
service,
public transport neglect, the bashing of the aged (inadequate pensions
and help
for these folk who worked their guts out all their lives, paying taxes
are now
subject to neglect and kerosene baths et al ) the youth, pandered to
for their
money on one hand and bashed with the other...stone the bloody crows,
it has
got to change.
This change will only come
from within. Within Australia and within ourselves, and if anyone can
do it, we
can. Young enough not to be hide bound by centuries of tradition and
guidance
from various mobs of semi-demented, ingrown Royalty, or Religious
Zealots
convinced of their divine right to leech of their flocks for their own
good.
The early true-blue Second Australians were very chary of the
Establishment and its organisings, and with good reason, and the sooner
the
British with their organising minds and rampant class system got out of
the
colonies, the better. If it hadn_t been for the discovery of gold we
might have
made it. Even so, considering the onerous burden of the
Commonwealth we
haven_t done too bad at all, despite our violent new birth. The Great
Ongoing
Disaster, our treatment of the original custodians of this land is the
only
truly evil blot on our landscape. This will be remedied with the New
Currency
party fostering reconciliation in every form.

Had enough of an unfair,
unequal tax system...Watching corporate porkers, worth nothing as a
human being
but worth millions of millions of billy-bucks, justifying paying little
or no
tax at all whilst the P.A.Y.Earner pays the bulk of it.
The N.C.P will effectuate a complete investigation into the
unfair
aspects of the G.S.T...and an eventual wind back once we
organise a
better and more equitable system. There will be a realistic look at
taxation
for all businesses. Big and small. Big business will once again pay
their way
and we will not be fooled with the jobs and exports line. A more
sympathetic
look at small business, the real driving force in any economy, and
it_s
taxation problems .
We will facilitate a complete overhaul of the Justice System
Watching horrid little men serve four years for ripping off billions of dollars of other people_s cash as a single mother get three years for ripping off the social insecurity for a few thousand...I wonder what she would have got with a good lawyer ?
Law Enforcement..repeal the bring out the Army laws...only to be used for national security problems...not to be used against the Australian People in any case.
Our Police... A university degree
in the humanities and spelling... People communication skills plus all
training
increased. Wage increase by 30% ... Police numbers increase by 20%. A
more
visible police presence in the community. All police to receive ongoing
training
throughout their career and with wage rises commensurate to skills
gained.
Community policing encouraged with a Comm. Cop pairing with a
regular
during festivities and emergencies
A completely separate body to investigate all internal
matters.
Double penalties for corrupt activities undertaken by people
in vital
areas of public trust...
Prisons
Despite evidence to the contrary our
pollies and fat cats,
coupling with Big Biz yet again have turned our penal establishments
into
business enterprises, lives twisted for profit instead of focusing on
rehabilitation. Face it. Prisons can turn a mean profit when the public
is
footing the bill and the bottom line is...more profit means more
draconian laws
to keep that money rolling in. The N.C.P will be motoring in on these
dinosaurs
and aiding in their eventual extinction. Community service will be
better
utilised and the drongos who do persist in re-offending will be better
served
by a better trained prison staff with less prisoners and consequently
more time
on their hands to rehabiltate all but the worst offenders. That
minority,
insane enough not to care about the rest of us enough to want to
change. Well,
he or she will be a well worked and watched felon...because they
deserve it.

hugely profitable buisness mainly because other big buisnesses want it

Our Children
The Great Gradual Bi-party, Tri-party_s
sellout of our
people_s education, the re-positioning of the universities, the rearing
costs
to primary and high school students and their parents have all
contributed to a
de-educating of our most precious resource, and who will care about us
as we
wrinkle up and weaken if we continue to treat our youth as a propaganda
tool,
demonising millions because of the actions of a few, slopping out
headlines on
drug stained dole-bludgers attacking the elderly whilst steadfastedly
ignoring
the underlying causes. Could it be we are just so easily led by a
gaggle
of pollies and media barons, mates of the moment, scraping at
old fears,
picking at scabs and stirring the possum for their own nasty, unwiped
ends.
The Plan
Kindergartens, play schools will be community
driven. We will
encourage local businesses to invest 49%, the Australian people will
own the
rest. We will be funding aspects of this business.
Primary School
Parents and teachers will work together
to encourage and
inform their young charges. Strengths will be nurtured and weaknesses
bolstered. Back to basics... the three R_ s...more Geography, History ,
Sports
and the Arts, for those vital communication skills. Music...all
students to
master a musical instrument (maths is an integral part of music) An
extensive
First Aid course is threaded through the curriculum. By the time the
student is
sixteen he or she will be a top class St John_s Ambulance person
