Been trawling on behalf of a very frustrated customer, and found your

Accountants Office indexing issue.
We have been through the same process (migration from XP/SBS2003) to
7/2008R2, and experience same issues. Did you get this resolved?

Andy, Using Microsoft KB's
950836 & 951037
with SMB2 turned off fixed the issue. It reduced network speed however as
the client lived in MYOB AO, they did not mind. I especially noticed roaming
profile speed issues and share access.
