Using the built in backup wizard in SBS 2003 has some advantages. It costs nothing and is very well supported by Microsoft. You can select to backup the entire server, files, Exchange, SQL and all.

 

I had a client who's server was stolen. Their backups were left behind (USB hard disks). The server was new enough that we could order almost identical hardware. We grabbed the hardware, backup USB disks and SBS software. We then downloaded the Microsoft articles for recovery. We got the server back 100%.
