What warranty is offered by Industrial Brake & Friction?

At Industrial Brake & Friction Supply we stand by FMC's warranty as set out below.

Warranty Disclaimer Remedy manufacturer warrants that its products shall be free from the defects in material and workmanship. This is the only warranty applicable to the products purchased hereunder and the manufacturer makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. All other warranties being hereby disclaimed.
Manufacturer's warranty shall only be effective with respect to claims made within 90 days after installation and then only as to claims set forth in manufacturer's then Alleged Defective Material Report. All claims not covered by the preceding sentence are barred. Where timely claim is made, the manufacturer will at its option and expense either replace or repair any goods which are defective or non-conforming under its warranty or refund to Buyer the purchase price.
The manufacturer will ship repaired goods or replacements to Buyer without charge. Except as set forth in this paragraph, Manufacturer shall have no liability of any kind (whether direct, consequential or other) for defective products.

Is Industrial Brake & Friction competitive against OEM prices?
