Gerard Paul McKearney, was born in Burmingham England, on September 14th 1948. With his adoptive Irish Father Patrick Joseph and English Mother Rose Irene, Gerard came to live in South Australia in 1952. He was bought up an Aussie but has a love of all things Irish. An influence from his Adoptive Father.Dedication to Patrick McKearney.
His Irish brougue is something the entire family will remember with fondness and tell their children's children about. The stories he told as only the Irish can, have left there mark on his family. We have lost a great Dad, Dad-in-Law and Grandpa. However, his memory will carry on through his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and so on.Birthmother.Gerard is now a Father of three and a proud 'Grandpa' of eleven Grandchildren.
We have recently begun searching for Gerard's Birthmother, Margaret Josephine McDonnell or members of her family. The information we have is Gerard was born, Philip Paul McDonnell, on September 14th, 1948 at Father Hudson's Homes, Francis Way, Bentley Heath, Knowle, near Birmingham. At the time of registering Philip's birth, on 22nd October 1948. Margaret worked as an assembler at Electric Works,108 Hazelville Road Birmingham. Philip was adopted and was renamed Gerard Paul McKearney. If you have genuine information, we would love to hear from you.
