The following are some instructions on how to Copy
and Paste.
A.
To
Copy an Entire Page.
Instruction
1. Using your mouse,
go to MENU at the top of any program.
Instruction
2. From the MENU go
EDIT and click on it.
Instruction
3. Go to SELECT ALL
and click on it.
Instruction
4. Point the CURSER
at the position on the page where you want to paste.
Instruction
5. Click on EDIT again
and then go to PASTE and click on it.
Instruction 6. You have completed
the task.
B.
To
copy a Part of the Page.
1. Using your mouse, place the
cursor at the beginning of what you want to copy and leave it.
2. Using the DOWN ARROW KEY...Scroll
down to the end of what you wish to copy.
3. Press the SHIFT KEY on your keyboard.
4. Select EDIT on the menu and
click on it.
5. Select COPY.
6. Go to where you want to paste.
7. Go back to EDIT again and click
on it.
8. Select PASTE.
9. SAVE your work.
10. You have completed the task.
Please Note a lot of programs
have COPY and PASTE available up front on the MENU.
1. You can click on both COPY and
PASTE from the MENU, without going to EDIT first.
2. If you want to copy and paste a whole page, you still
need to go to EDIT to find SELECT ALL.
