for PSP 9
What you will need
Image of Choice, no
bigger than 350 pixels on any side.
Gold or Silver
gradient / Pattern of Choice
Filters Unlimited 2 -

Here is a arrow you can drag and
drop when you need to mark where you are. .
Just left click and drag to where you want it then let go.
It will stay where ever you put it, until you close your browser.
Step1
Open your image
Duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.
Choose a light colour
for your Foreground and a dark color
for your Background.
Choose your Gold or
Silver pattern / gradient and place it in your background
palette.
Step2
Image-Resize
Resize your image to
no more than 350 Pixels in height or width.
Resample Using Smart
Size-Checked,
Lock Aspect
Ratio-Checked,
Resize All
Layers-Checked.
If needed Adjust /
Sharpness / Sharpen.
Step 3
Image / Add Borders
3 pixels in your light colour.
Select with your
magic wand and fill with your gold / silver gradient.
Selections / Select
None.
Step 4
Image / Add
Borders 15 pixels in your Dark Colour.
Select border with
your magic wand.
Adjust / Add
remove Noise / Add Noise
with the
following:
Selections /
Select None.
Step 5
Image / Add
Borders 3 pixels in your light colour.
Select the border
with your magic wand and fill with your gold / silver gradient.
Selections /
Select None.
Step 6
Image / Add Borders
30 pixels in your light colour, select with your magic wand.
Set your foreground
and background colours to a gradient
Angle 45, repeats 2,
Linear, invert not checked
Fill the selection
with the Gradient.
(Keep Selected)
Step 7
Effects / Texture
effects / Weave
with the following:
Effects / plugins /
Eye Candy 3.0 / Weave
With the following:
Effects / Plugins
/ Filters Unlimited 2 / Buttons & frames / Glass frame 2.
Selections / Select
None.
Step 8
Image / Add
Borders 3 pixels in your light colour.
Select with your
magic wand and fill with your gold / silver gradient.
Selections /
Select None.
Step 9
Image / Add
Borders 15 pixels in your Dark Colour.
Select border
with your magic wand.
Adjust / Add
remove Noise / Add Noise
with the
following:
Selections /
Select None.
Step 10
Image / Add
Borders 3 pixels in your light colour.
Select border
with your magic wand and fill with your gold / silver gradient.
Selections /
Select None.
Step 11
Selections
/ Select All.
Selections / modify
/ Contract 72.
Effects / 3D Effects
/ Cutout
with the following:
Selections / invert.
Effects / Plugins
/ Filters Unlimited 2 / Buttons & frames / Glass frame 2
(Change the
contrast to 90 this time)
Selections /
Select None.

Add your watermark.
File / Export / Jpeg
Optimizer
and set compression
to 25.
