Intermediate to Advanced
Written for PSP 9
You will need
Stained Glass
Patterns Download
Here
Flower Stencil and Gold /
Silver Patterns Download
Here
Unzip all the
Stained Glass Patterns to your Patterns Folder or Open up the Ones you would
like to use in PSP. Also Unzip
the flower stencil and gold / Silver pattern and open them all in PSP.
Here is a arrow you can drag and
drop when you need to mark where you are. .
Just left click and drag to where you want it then let go.
It will stay where ever you put it, until you close your browser.

Step 1
Open Flower
Stencil.pspimage. This is what we will be working on.
Set your foreground
to Pattern and select the red stained glass (sg2.jpg)
Using the Magic
Wand with these settings
Select the 6 pieces
of the flower and fill with red stained glass pattern
(Hold the shift key
down to select all the pieces)

Selections / Select
None
Don't Worry about
any White area's showing. We will hide this later.
Step 2
Change your
Foreground Pattern to the yellow stained glass (sg3.jpg)
Using the Magic Wand
with the same settings select the 3 middle pieces of the flower.
Using the fill tool
fill the pieces with the foreground pattern.

Selections / Select
None
Step 3
Keep on Selecting
areas with the magic wand
and Fill with a
Stained glass colour of your Choice until all of the areas have been filled.
(Here's how mine
looks so far)
Step 4
Layers / New Raster
Layer
Selections / Load -
Save Selection / Load Selection from Alpha Channel
Select Flower
Stencil.pspimage and click on load
Step 5
Put your Foreground
to Gold or Silver Pattern.
Using the fill tool,
fill the Outlining.
Effects / 3D Effects
/ Inner Bevel
with these settings:
Selections / Select
None
Effects / 3D Effects
/ Drop Shadow
with the following:
Layers / Merge /
Merge All Flatten
That's it, Now save
your image as a .jpg
