What You will need

Tube of your
choice (no bigger than 300 pixels)
Step 1
Put your mask
into your Mask folder for PSP.
Open a tube of
your choice and resize if needed
(Tube must not
be any bigger than 300 pixels)
Choose
a light colour for your foreground
and choose a dark
colour for your background.
Step 2
Open a New Image
400 x 400 Colour White.
Selections /
Select All.
Copy your tube and
Paste Into Selection.
Selections /
Select None.
Effects / Image
Effect / Seamless Tiling and use the default setting.
Effects / Texture
Effects / Fur
with the following.
Step 3
Effects /
Distortion Effects / Twirl
with the following.
Step 4
Effects / Plugins
/ Simple / Centre Tile.
Effects / Plugins
/ Simple / Diamonds.
Effetcs / Texture
Effects / Mosaic Glass
with the following.
In the layer
Pallet lower the Opacity to 50.
Layers / Merge /
Merge All Flatten.
Step 5
Copy your tube
again and Paste it as a new layer on your image.
Effects / plugins
/ Filter Factory Gallery J / Blast 'Em Blur
with Diffuse
setting 25.
With your move
tool move it alittle bit to the top left corner.
Now Paste your
tube again as a new layer on your image.
Layers / Merge /
Merge All Flatten.
Step 6
Layers / Load -
Save Mask / Load mask from disk
with the following.
Layers / Merge /
Merge Group.
Step 7
Selections /
Select all.
Selections Float.
Selections /
Invert.
Layers / New
Raster Layer.
Using your Flood
Fill tool fill the selection with your dark colour.
Effects / 3D
effects / Inner Bevel
with the following.
Selections /
Select None.
Step 8
Image / Add
borders 4 in your dark colour.
Select your border
with the magic wand and apply the same inner bevel as before.
Selections /
Select None.
Image
/ Add Borders 10 in your light colour.
Select your border
with the magic wand.
Effects / Plugins
Greags Factory Output 2 / Pool Shadow
with the following.
Selections /
Select None.
Image / Add
borders 4 in your dark colour.
Select your border
with the magic wand and apply the same inner bevel as before.
Selections /
Select None.
That's it your all Done.
