What you will need
One graphic of choice
Gold Pattern
(belor.jpg) Download from
Here
Here is a arrow you can drag and
drop when you need to mark where you are. .
Just left click and drag to where you want it then let go.
It will stay where ever you put it, until you close your browser.
Step1
Open your graphic,
Shift + D to Duplicate your graphic and then close your original graphic.
Select your eye
dropper tool and choose a
light Colour for
your foreground and
dark colour for
your background
Resize your
graphic to 420 X 287
Step2
Image / Add
Borders 5 pixels in white.
Selections /
Select All
Selections /
Modify / Contract 5 pixels
Selections /
Invert.
Fill with Gold
Pattern
Effects / 3D
Effects / Inner Bevel with the following
Selections /
Select None.
Step3
Image / Add
Borders 10 pixels in white.
Selections /
Select All
Selections /
Modify / Contract 10 pixels
Selections /
Invert.
Fill with your
light Colour.
Effects /
Plugins / Gregs Factory 2 / Pool Shadow
Selections /
Select None.
Step4
Image / Add
Borders 5 pixels in white.
Selections /
Select All
Selections /
Modify / Contract 5 pixels
Selections /
Invert.
Fill with Gold
Pattern
Effects / 3D
Effects / Inner Bevel with the following
Selections /
Select None.

Edit / Copy
Image / Add Borders 30 pixels in white.
Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify / Contract 30 pixels
Selections / Invert.
Edit / Paste into Selection
Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Kaleidoscope
Step6
Image / Add
Borders 5 pixels in white.
Selections /
Select All
Selections /
Modify / Contract 5 pixels
Selections /
Invert.
Fill with Gold
Pattern
Effects / 3D
Effects / Inner Bevel with the following
Selections /
Select None.
Step7
Image / Add Borders 20 pixels
in white.
Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify /
Contract 20 pixels
Selections / Invert.
Fill with your Dark Colour.
(Keep Selected)
Step8
Effects
/ Plugins / Gregs Factory 2 / Pool Shadow
Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Weaver
Repeat Weaver again.
Selections / Select None
Step9
Image / Add Borders 10
pixels in white.
Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify /
Contract 10 pixels
Selections / Invert.
Fill with Gold Pattern
Effects / 3D Effects /
Inner Bevel with the following
Selections / Select None.
You can now add your Watermark
and save your Header.
Don't close the Header as were
now going to make the background.
Step10
Select your selections tool and
select custom selections with the following settings
Edit / Copy
Edit / Paste as a New Image
Step11
Effects / Image Effects /
Seamless Tiling
with the following
Image / Canvas Size
1024 x 287
Step12
Layers / New
Raster Layer
Layers / Arrange
/ Send to Bottom
Make sure you
have your Foreground colour set to your chosen light colour and your
Background to your chosen Dark colour
Effects /
Plugins / Mura's Meister / Cloud
Effects / Image
Effects / Seamless Tiling and use the default settings.
Layers / Merge /
Merge All Flatten.
That's it, Now save
your
background as a .jpg
