Performance Direct

In our never ending quest to supply the best performance products from around the world, we are updating the site constantly as we find and test these products and make them available to you. The latest additions to our range are the Evo-Tech range of tail tidies that are the best quality and trickest looking fender eliminators we have seen. We have also managed to track down the best full exhaust systems for the 2008-2010 CBR1000RR's. As you may know, these bikes haven't been seeing the usual gains you would see from even the best full systems but the two systems we have found will make your Blade one the fastest out there.. Our dyno test of one of these systems will be up soon. You can see these products via the Evo-Tech Banner and the "other parts" banner on the front page or by clicking on the tabs on the left.

Note: A "MAGAZINE" tuner is quoting ridiculous pricing for the mapping of your power commander and justifying this by saying that "magazines" use him and that our maps are "pre-done" and tweaked as apposed to his maps that are from scratch and take up to "8 hours" to complete. We wish to state that our maps are in fact done from scratch and the time taken to do this is approx 2-3 hours. Any tuner worth their salt will tell you this. From us, to Phil Tainton from the Factory Suzuki Superbike team.

We would suggest that if it takes 8 hours to map a bike from scratch you'd really have to ask if the tuner knows what they are doing. Doin' Bikes have mapped bikes for the Factory Yamaha Super Sport team and many other privateer race teams currently at the pointy end of the field. We survive on word of mouth alone and not a monthly ad or hilarious responses to reader questions that somehow justifies draining you of every penny you have, quoting 8 hours for doing a 3 hour job on your bike.

This had been a customer service announcement.

Doin' Bikes only sell the best performance products available that we have tried and tested on the dyno, racing and on the road so you can be sure that what you get works. Forget about "name" brands that live off just that. And don't believe the guy in the shop about what is good or bad unless he can back his claims with dyno charts or hard facts, not examples of race teams that get paid to use them and use models that you can't buy anyway, not for ridiculous amounts of money anyway. We recommend only the best products through trial and error and results from testing we do for ourselves. In the past we sold and recommended Arata exhausts and anyone that ever spoke to us about exhausts would tell you we would also recommend other brands like Akra, Sato and whatever else we find that works best for your application. We are also in contact with developers in Japan about the latest and greatest exhausts for your bike and these will be found under "Other Parts" section of the site. Rest assured that if someone somewhere makes a better system for your bike, we'll have it here. We have recently been able to get limited supply of Arata products again however they are not being developed by the same people so the power gains can't be guaranteed to be what they once were . You can see dyno charts on our site showing gains from exhaust systems, slip ons, mapping which will be updated with knew models as we do them.
