hey trevor thanks alot for the mapping it goes great and feels
like it has
alot more grunt from take off. The main thing I felt was the flat spot it
had at 2k or so is gone now and it feels so much smoother and more
responsive your a genius mate and I will be glad to let all the bikers I
know that you are the man when it comes to mapping so cheers and thanks

Trev,
PC works a treat thanks, even detoured around some tight
roundabouts to check the throttle pick up in the lower gears. It's got
rid of that jerky throttle response.

That is F'n fantastic. Doesn't feel like
it it wants to throw me over the front when I roll
off throttle and the drive off the
corners is great. Thanks.

Hey Trevor,
Just got back from a quick run down the putty, bike is feels great. So much
smoother, which is making it easy to ride. The power is awesome love it.
Thanks again mate....

Trevor,
I took the bike for a ride when I got home and it was amazing. I'm
very
happy with the mapping thanks. The power is great and also very smooth
delivery. Russell

well
Trev, i have spent alot of
money on my TL over the last 4 years and i
wish i had spent money on a dyno run sooner
its sooooo smooth!!! its sounds smoother too, the exhaust note is
music to
my ears. no longer jerky on the throttle also, tipping into corners is so
much nicer!
as i did alot of stop starting at the lights the ease at which the throttle
rolled on into its power zone was just friggin awesome!
she is now at zenodamper getting some front fork loving, so upon recieving
her back on friday, i will give you an above 100kmh response.
but right now Trev, i'm f#&k'n loving it!!!
thank you so much mate, bloody money well spent in my
books :dancesmiley::dancesmiley:
Regards
Darren.

Thanks
mate. My Harley is running the best it ever has. Really really HAPPY....

Hi Trevor
Just got back from victoria Bike is the best
it had ever been . So much more enjoyable to ride. Vic was great but
the police soon ruined the fun Dammit . Anyway thanks for excellent
job and I will be in touch with you toward the end of jan early feb to
arrange new exhaust. It's due die service as well so will probably see
you before at the workshop.
Miles Hey

G'day
Trev - took the ZX12R with Sato full system for a decent ride up the Oxley Hwy
the other day. The pipe and mapping are fantastic. The exhaust note is a deep
thrum at low revs, rising to the usual Jap 4 wail at higher revs, but with a
harder mechanical edge to it. Intoxicating and fun to let it rip when out in the
sticks and carving up the twisties.
Smoothness is good, and the power increase huge. Once over 3,700rpm it takes off
like a proverbial missile. Most importantly - the mid-range power of
5,000-9,000rpm is significantly improved, and makes for much more satisfying
mid-corner roll-ons and grunty exits with just a modest amount of throttle. No
need to open the taps wide with such a useful mid-range - you get all the sense
of hurtling out and on to the next with flattened eyeballs, without feeling like
you're trying very hard. My mates on their R1's, who usually ride the Oxley at a
similar pace, couldn't keep up in the tight stuff. And I genuinely felt relaxed.
Much of this was due to suspension mods I've had done by Terry Hay, but the
power increase was also a big factor - mostly in getting out of the corners so
quickly and smoothly.
The few times I took it over 9,000rpm it was brutally powerful - heaps of fun,
but crazily frantic and tyre shredding, and really just not needed thanks to the
mid-range grunt.
So thanks heaps Trev - the Sato pipe and map have transformed my bike!
Cheers... -
James

Thanks very much ..
The bike is going great. The torque gained via your tune is huge & this
is what I noticed the most. The power delivery is very smooth, as
compared previously when it had a very snatchy throttle.
Thanks very much for your help.. The bike is night & day when comparing
the tune to its previous state.
Cheers Paul

Thanks for the graphs
Trev
I didn't get much of a chance to test it on the way home just cruising along
the Freeway, but I did notice the exhaust note tone change, sounds
leaner/crisper.
It has a lumpy cam feel/sound in top gear doing the 70-80km commuting thing.
Fuel economy, will have to do a few runs to double check
cool morning run down and I mean down hill to Sydney, 120km/hr
266km /16.4 ltrs = 16.3km/ltr
mid arvo run home up hill into wind 27o temp 125km/hr 278km /15.5ltrs =
17.9km/ltr...Would your tune have given and extra
1.5km/ltr at a higher speed?????
Thanks for your tuning I'm very happy
Stevo

hey...
thanks for tuning my bike on the weekend...theres a very noticeable gain of
power and it feels like a different bike....i took it out for a quick run
yesterday and its sweet as but will give it a good run this weekend on the
old road
cheers,
greg

Trevor, great
improvement, feels sharper and quicker all round. Thanks again.
Can you email me a copy of that map ?
regards Ian

Trevor,
Just writing to let you know I am very impressed with the results I (you) got
from the tune. Very impressed, the throttle response is instant and it pulls
hard and smooth all the way to redline. Definitely worth doing and if I ever get
another bike it will be going straight to yourself. Have already got a few of
the boys interested and pointed your way. Also the old boy is getting a pc111
for his harley, I will post a msg on the RATS forum about that and will await
your response.
Thanks, Tim – 04 GSXR 1000

Lovin' the Arata system mate all up I gained 16HP she's
a bit of a beast now!!
Guys down here love it too, Cheers buddy,
Kustom Worx

Trevor,
Absolutely
fantastic ... it is like riding a different bike. Under hard acceleration when
the vtec kicks in the front wheel goes up in the air when it didnt previously.
I am so happy. I am going to bring every bike I ever own in the future to you
Thank you very much
Ben

Hi Trev,
Just thought I'd tell you about my last good ride. Starting early I headed out
with a mate on his zx9-r. After a couple of stop light drags, he had to comment
on the exhaust note (especially at high revs) and was suprised at the stomp my
636 had down low, as in, he couldn't beat me! Got out on the ride where a journo
and photographer were doing an article for 2wheels on speed limits in the
Territory, only to find the journo was also one of your customers. He had the
black Arata on his cbr600 (I shoulda got that one) and we both had nothing but
good things to say about our Arata's and your service.
Long story short, redlined it for an indecent period throughout the day,
averaged about 200kph coming home dicing with the zx9, and loved every thing
that the Arate and PCIII have done for my bike. Good onya!
Owen

Bike is running
so much better I can not believe it - even ok to ride in traffic now whereas
previously it was crap on the open road under 120 !!! Thanks
heaps
Ian

Trevor,
You
are a champion!
You
did a fantastic tune on my bike, and the Arata system is just amazing, thanks again!
The power is amazing, extremely peaky up top, power wheelies in 3rd
gear is the same as what I used to do in 2nd gear (I like sitting on
the back wheel at times) I was telling Mark & he can’t believe the results
– his reaction was “WOW” so you may hear from him over the next few days.
Once
you email me the graphs do you mind if I post them on gixxer.com? There are some
guys on there that carry on about how good the new Akrapovic, Ti-Force &
Hindle systems are the best on the market – I’d like to share my experience
with them J
(this is the reason why I didn’t come to you from the start, I was brainwashed
by the guys on the forum)
But
at the end of the day I did take your word for it & now I’m happy that I
listened to you!!! Regards, Marko

Trevor
I wanted to thankyou for your mapping on Saturday morning on the GSX-R 750
The bike always had plenty of midrange, but it snaps on a lot quicker everywhere
though the rev range, from idle all the way through. the bike sounds throatier
and crisper as well. Thanks for a top job, looking forward to seeing the dyno
sheets when you send them through. Can't wait to see the top end on my next
trackday!!
Cheers Armando

Gents your advice has paid off,
I am an avid fan of your Internet
site, so in taking in all your info, I have just taken my SV1000 down to
LAE Racing-GeeBung-Brisbane-QLD and had a pair off Yoshi's hooked on , a DNA air
filter & a power commander 3 USB fitted and tuned in on the
dyno with its very own map, now I cannot understand these sheets of paper he
gave me off the Dyno but I can certainly feel the difference in the bike,
very smooth and crisp with no cackle back in the corners.

hi trev jarrod here.
just wanted to let you know that
I've fitted the power commander (how easy was that) and I've put a map to
it,
changed it slightly and well what
else can I say but WOW!
there are no more flat spots , the
power through the rev range is indescribable, its made 2nd and third gear
wheelies alot easier and knee sliding smoother with out that flat spot
jiggering the beast in mid corner.
When ya bike makes ya feel like
the fastest man on the planet something must be right.
thanks for a smooth tansaction as
well trev , you make internet shopping a pleasure.
all the best
jarrod

Hi Trev,
Just thought I'd let you now how my bike went,
first of all I new it would probably be a little smoother but it exceeded my
expectations by a long way. It was a little snatchy on and off the throttle at
low revs and had a slight dip at about 3500rpm these problems are totally gone
now after the PC and map.The power has also increased throughout
the entire rpm range it pulls solid from 2k and once it reaches 6k it goes
like a scolded cat all the way to redline (which it reaches in no time flat),
roll on throttle in 6th brings a stupid grin to my face every time, the bike
seems to accelerate faster with much less effort. It can all be summed up in
these few words SMOOTH , RESPONSIVE & FAST!
I'm now one very happy Blackbird rider.
Full credit and thank you to you and the guy's.
Steve.

Trevor
Mate you fitted my power commander on thursday and I can't get off
the bike
My main problem was drivability at 50k in top causing me to use 2nd or 3rd
around town with the problem of wheel standing and excess speed every time I
gassed it around a corner.
Since you tuned it the bike is so smooth around town it should be learner legal.
A s an added benefit it now grunts better everywhere and has added an extra 30k
to my exit speed on my favourite route to work(240k up from 190) purly due to
crisper acceleration as well as being able to get on to the power earlier. The
extra 7 bhp you found certainly didnt hurt either.
All i can say is thanks and how do I get the bugs out of my teeth because I cant
stop smiling.
John

Trevor
Just a note to let you know how my bike is going after you fitted a Power
Commander and custom map last week. My CBR954 is fitted with a BMC
air
filter and Akrapovich 'end can'. Since the PC and new mapping was
installed the bike is running better than ever !!!!
The first thing I noticed was that it now has a much 'throatier' sound at
idle and through the gears. For the same throttle opening
acceleration is
now much more livelier than before. The bike also has
fantastic pick up
in the higher rev range. There is no more 'popping' when I close the
throttle just a nice burbling note. Around town fuel
consumption seems
to have improved but its a bit hard to tell for sure at this stage ... I'm
still getting a buzz out of how responsive the throttle now is. One
definite area where I can see improvement is in how the bike runs when the
weather is cold. A few mornings recently the temperature was cold
(-1, -2
C). The bike started first go and felt much more crisp and
responsive
during that period while it was getting to operating temperature.
Another area of improvement is in the movement between open and closed
throttle. Previously, there was a noticeable 'jerkiness' in the
transition..(probably my ham fisted riding) but now... it's a smooth as
!!!! My Fireblade was always nice to ride around town. Now it's an
absolute pleasure ... in slow traffic or acclarating away from traffic.
Thanks for doing such a great job with the installation and mapping. I
will be recommending you to my mates and anyone else who will listen to me
cheers
Paul

Top job guys on my 750 Gixxer today.
My Mrs followed me home so I behaved.
Got near my place, got into in 2nd and up came the
front wheel. Scared the shit out of me because it has never done it in 2nd
before and I was no way expecting it to.
Wish I had come to you blokes in the first place.
I will be back.
Regards
Mick.
