Gen 1:1 First this: God created the Heavens and Earth--all you see, all you don't see.
Gen 1:2 Earth was a soup of nothingness, a bottomless emptiness, an inky blackness.
God's Spirit brooded like a bird above the watery abyss.
Gen 1:3 God spoke: "Light!" And light appeared.
Gen 1:5 God named the light Day, he named the dark Night.
It was evening, it was morning-- Day One.
Gen 1:6 God spoke: "Sky! In the middle of the waters; separate water from water!"
Gen 1:7 God made sky. He separated the water under sky from the water above sky.
And there it was:
Gen 1:8 he named sky the Heavens; It was evening, it was morning-- Day Two.
Gen 1:9 God spoke: "Separate! Water-beneath-Heaven, gather into one place;
Land, appear!" And there it was.
Gen 1:10 God named the land Earth. He named the pooled water Ocean.
God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:11 God spoke: "Earth, green up! Grow all varieties of seed-bearing plants,
Every sort of fruit-bearing tree." And there it was.
Gen 1:12 Earth produced green seed-bearing plants,
all varieties, And fruit-bearing trees of all sorts.
God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:13 It was evening, it was morning-- Day Three.
Gen 1:14 God spoke: "Lights! Come out! Shine in Heaven's sky!
Separate Day from Night. Mark seasons and days and years,
Gen 1:15 Lights in Heaven's sky to give light to Earth." And there it was.
Gen 1:16 God made two big lights, the larger to take charge of Day,
The smaller to be in charge of Night; and he made the stars.
Gen 1:17 God placed them in the heavenly sky to light up Earth.
Gen 1:18 And oversee Day and Night, to separate light and dark.
God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:19 It was evening, it was morning-- Day Four.
Gen 1:20 God spoke: "Swarm, Ocean, with fish and all sea life! Birds,
fly through the sky over Earth!"
Gen 1:21 God created the huge whales, all the swarm of life in the waters,
And every kind and species of flying birds. God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:22 God blessed them: "Prosper! Reproduce!
Fill Ocean! Birds, reproduce on Earth!"
Gen 1:23 It was evening, it was morning-- Day Five.
Gen 1:24 God spoke: "Earth, generate life! Every sort and kind:
cattle and reptiles and wild animals all kinds." And there it was:
Gen 1:25 wild animals of every kind, Cattle of all kinds, every sort of reptile and bug.
God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:26 God spoke: "Let us make human beings in our image,
make them reflecting our nature So they can be responsible for the fish in the sea,
the birds in the air, the cattle, And, yes, Earth itself,
and every animal that moves on the face of Earth."
Gen 1:27 God created human beings; he created them godlike, Reflecting God's nature.
He created them male and female.
Gen 1:28 God blessed them: "Prosper! Reproduce! Fill Earth! Take charge!
Be responsible for fish in the sea. . Gen 1:29 Then God said,
"I've given you every sort of seed-bearing plant on Earth
And every kind of fruit-bearing tree, given them to you for food.
Gen 1:30 To all animals and all birds, everything that moves and breathes,
I give whatever grows out of the ground for food." And there it was.
Gen 1:31 God looked over everything he had made; it was so good, so very good!
It was evening, it was morning.
All was done. Creation was complete.

Healing Meditation.
Envisage yourself surrounded by white light and call on your higher power for protection and guidance
and only when you feel this protection is with you, you may start the meditation.
Imagine yourself sitting in a lush green field of long grass with Gods animals,
nearby knowing that you are fully protected and safe.
When you look up above you notice the clear blue sky with gentle sunlight reaching you ,
from the heavens above and looking near you there are flowers,
trees and lake of calming water nearby.
The spirit of God is strong in this place, there is so much love, light and peace and
all we can think is how lucky we are to be here in a solitary moment for some time.
Time now to meditate and enjoy, letting go all fears ,
pain and suffering we may have in our life at this time in knowing God is,
always there to help us when we call him.
What a beautiful place as we see the birds flying by and hearing only the sounds of nature.
This place is a part of our heaven on earth if we choose it to be.
You may come here and read a book open it up and discover words and
thoughts you may have never known before.
Open you mind asking for guidance in your life and answers to your prays,
remembering God has always promised to supply our needs.
Love of your Saviour.
Love of yourself.
Love of nature.
Love of All.
Transmit your love out to friends, loved ones,
even enemies feeling self-love, knowing we can love no other if we do not love ourselves.
Do you feel uplifted ?
Look ! Listen! Feel what is around you asking yourself.
Is this really the angelic being, the creator of all with me?
What does he say is it something like these words?
My friend I wish to tell you, you are a child of God and God loves all his children.
God shines a light on you like a beam of pure white light.
I show you knowledge, understanding, love and wisdom,
if
you follow my wishes and me for you, I promise all I have to you in this life.
Take up your staff and follow me my child.
I have work for you to do.
You are in my care wherever you may be.
I give you a coat of suede to keep you warm when it is cold.
I give you comfort when you fall to pick you up again.
When you feel pain, I give your healing to lift you up, for although the road is winding and
there are many hills to climb never have I given you more than you can handle.
