We went to Bombala so I could show Michael where my Mother's family settled when they came over from England in the mid 1800's. Bombala is a little town with a population of about 1500. Is about 80ks from Cooma and 95ks inland from Eden which is on the South Coast. Bombala can get very cold and possibly snow as it is close to the snow fields. While there we visited one of my cousins.
It was cold and windy and they even had some snow in the Mountains. After Adaminaby we turned off and went through Berridale and Dalgety, part of the way was a dirt road but it wasn't too bad a bit windy in places.
